Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu Ashram Trust, Bengaluru organized Balsanskar Classes at Jnana Bharthi High School, Garebhavipalya (GB Palya) so that children can get to know & understand the significance of our Sanatan Culture.
The purpose of Balsanskar Kendra is to awaken the dormant energy, through pranayama and jap, becoming highly energetic and high-spirited, encouraging the "sewa bhaw to serve the nation when they grow up and achieve the goal of self-realization.
In Balsanskar Kendra, learning about developing physical, mental, and intellectual powers through various yogic techniques and understanding how vital force and willpower are developed through yogasana and pranayama.
