Tulsi Puja brings prosperity and happiness to the family. It helps to attain salvation and reduce sins. It reduces the Dev Dosh. Freshwater should be offered to Tulsi, and a lamp should be lighted every morning and evening while chanting Tulsi Pranam Mantra.
Let’s take a pledge from this on 25th December that every Hindu will celebrate, Tulsi Pujan Divas every year to build a sense of pride of eternal culture & religion in future generations! Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu gives various health tips in his Satsang like drinking a glass of water in the morning, doing Pranayam, and eating 5-7 Tulsi leaves.
Sant Shri Asharamji Bapu teaches us to get rid of various illness by taking advantage of medicinal uses of Tulsi to cure diseases like cold, cough, cancer and many more.In popular tradition, in accordance to a blessing by Vishnu to marry Vrinda in her next birth, Vishnu – in the form of shaligrama - married Tulsi on Prabodhini Ekadashi. To commemorate this event, the ceremony of Tulasi Vivaha is performed.
